Chrissie Hadfield

Chrissie is a publisher, author, and co-founder of Juvenis Books, with extensive experience working with children and young people across education, safeguarding, and community settings. Passionate about inclusion and emotional wellbeing, Chrissie is driven by the belief that children’s books should reflect real life, real feelings, and real experiences. Through Juvenis Books, she is committed to making publishing accessible for new authors while creating safe, supportive resources for neurodivergent children and families.

Anouska Wardale

Anouska is a co-founder and author at Juvenis Books, bringing creativity, empathy, and a strong belief in inclusive storytelling. She is passionate about supporting children through stories that celebrate difference, encourage understanding, and nurture emotional growth.

Grace Roy

Grace is an author and creative facilitator who works closely with Juvenis Books to inspire new and emerging writers. Alongside writing, Grace delivers workshops and sessions on how to write books, helping others develop their ideas, confidence, and voice. Her work focuses on making creativity feel achievable and enjoyable, especially for those who may not see themselves as “traditional” writers.

Jenni Reeves

Jenni is the creator and founder of Creative Sensory, a sensory-focused brand specialising in calming, hands-on resources designed to support children’s emotional regulation and wellbeing. Her thoughtfully created sensory items are stocked and sold through the Juvenis Books shop, complementing our commitment to neurodivergent-affirming and inclusive resources. Jenni’s work combines creativity with care, offering children gentle tools to explore emotions, self-soothe, and feel safe.
